March 18th, 2020

Firstly, a message of thanks to our clients, contractors and colleagues for their patience and support with the challenges and uncertainty presented by the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

We also want to communicate the responsible steps that we are taking as a practice. First and foremost, we need to protect the health and safety of our employees and are following guidance provided by the UK and Scottish Governments. Where appropriate, our employees have already moved to homeworking and we will continue with this set-up for as long as is necessary. All calls to our office will still be answered. Obviously, since staff will be in separate locations, if you require to contact a specific person, then email is best in the first instance.  Details are as follows:

Any planned meetings will continue as before, with the agreement of those involved and subject to the robust advice regarding safe distances, hand hygiene and signs of illness. Regarding the advice on social distancing, particularly for those who are over 70, have an underlying health condition or are pregnant we will endeavour to postpone any face-to-face interaction and discuss this directly, in confidence, with those involved – therefore we would ask you to let us know if this applies to you.

These precautionary measures are being taken to limit the potential spread of the virus, keep employees, clients and colleagues safe, and to ensure we maintain our ability to provide our services for the long term.

We recognise that this is a constantly changing global situation, an unprecedented time for everyone — our thoughts and best wishes go out to all. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any questions or concerns. We will do our best to help.

We expect the days, weeks and months ahead to be testing, by working together to support each other we will meet the challenges ahead.

Please be safe and stay healthy,
